Creating and managing Quick Steps
In a new installation of Outlook, the Quick Steps gallery includes five standard Quick Steps:
Move To, To Manager, Team Email, Done, and Reply & Delete. You can modify the actions
performed by existing Quick Steps, add other common tasks to the Quick Steps menu by
choosing them from the New Quick Step list, or create a custom Quick Step from scratch.
Choosing an action from the New menu provides a starting point for a new Quick Step.

In this exercise, you’ll create a custom Quick Step that sends an email message.
SET UP You don’t need any practice files to complete this exercise. Display your
Inbox, and then follow the steps.

On the Home tab, in the Quick Steps gallery, click Create New to open the Edit
Quick Step dialog box.
