In Depth Information
▪ On the Safe Recipients page, you can add distribution lists or mailing lists of which
you are a member to your Safe Recipients list.
Adding contacts to the Safe Recipients list ensures that messages sent to you
through the distribution list or mailing list will never be treated as junk email.
▪ On the Blocked Senders page, you can manually add email addresses and domain
names to the Blocked Senders list, or Outlook will add them for you whenever you
identify a received message as junk email.
You can add specific email addresses or entire domains to the
Blocked Senders list.
TIP You can set junk mail settings for individual messages quickly by right-clicking
the message in your Inbox or other mail folder, clicking Junk, and then clicking Block
Sender, Never Block Sender, Never Block Sender’s Domain, or Not Junk.
