By using Cached Exchange Mode, you can make the contents of specific public folders
available to you when you’re working ofline.
To add a public folder to your Public Folder Favorites, follow these steps:
1 In the Folder Pane , display the Folder List and expand the All Public Folders folder.
2 Right-click the folder you want to make available ofline, and then click Add to
Favorites to open the Add to Favorites dialog box.
Click the Options button to display the subfolder and location options. If the public
folder has (or might later have) subfolders, select the subfolder options you want.

You can label a folder in the Favorites list
with a different name.
In the Add To Favorites dialog box, specify the name and location of the public
folder as you want it to appear in the Favorites folder. (Changing the Favorites
folder display name does not change the name of the public folder, but might
make it easier for you to identify the folder.) Then click Add .
