Content area views
You can control the layout of the Mail module by displaying either Normal view or Reading
view. As previously mentioned, Reading view minimizes the Folder Pane on the left and
closes the To-Do Bar, if you have opened it. Reading view does not affect the display of the
ribbon or of the People Pane.
In addition to these large-scale view controls, you can control the appearance of content in
the content area by using the commands in the Current View and Arrangement groups on
the View tab.
When you display a wider version of the message list, you can sort messages by column headers.
Three content area view options are available from the Change View list in the Current View
group on the View tab:
