Starting and Using a Program
To Customize the Quick Access Toolbar
The Quick Access Toolbar provides easy access to some of the more frequently used commands in Ofi ce
programs. By default, the Quick Access Toolbar contains buttons for the Save, Undo, and Redo commands. You can
customize the Quick Access Toolbar by changing its location in the window, as shown in the previous steps, and by
adding more buttons to rel ect commands you would like to access easily. The following steps add the Quick Print
button to the Quick Access Toolbar.

How would I remove a button from
the Quick Access Toolbar?
You would right-click the button
you wish to remove and then click
Remove from Quick Access Toolbar
on the shortcut menu.
