Click the Quick Styles button on the Format Text ribbon.

Select Save Selection as a New Quick Style from the menu. Outlook displays the Create
New Style from Formatting dialog box, shown in Figure 5.13.

Enter a name for the new style in the Name box. You cannot use a name that is already
assigned to a style.

Click OK.
If you want to make further changes to the style, click the Modify button in step 4. The dialog box
will expand to allow you to change various aspects of the formatting.
