Email rules are another way that Outlook helps you save time and stay organized. You may be
hesitant to spend the time to define a rule, but in the long run it will be well worth the effort. Of course,
rules are probably not warranted for situations that arise only occasionally, but most people who rely
on email in their work — and who doesn’t these days — will find plenty of good uses for them.
