If you need more control over the search, click the double down arrow at the top-right corner of the
Journal display. Outlook displays additional criterion fields as shown in Figure 14.7. Each field lets
you enter a search term or select from a drop-down list. As you make entries, the Journal display is
automatically filtered to show only matching entries. You can also take the following actions:
n To change a displayed criterion field — for example, from Categories to Start — click the
arrow adjacent to the field name and select from the list that is displayed.
n To remove a criterion field, click the arrow adjacent to the field name and select Remove.
n To add a new criterion field, click Add Criteria and select from the list.
n To cancel the search and display all Journal entries, click the X to the right of the Search
n To hide the additional criterion fields, click the double up arrow at the top-right corner of
the Journal display.
