Microsoft Office Document Imaging
Microsoft Office Document Imaging, which is available with Microsoft Office
Tools in the All Programs submenu, has gone through a significant growth
spurt. Now the utility includes three toolbars instead of one (Views, Annotate,
and Standard); offers improvements in OCR (optical character recognition)
technology; provides a search feature; and allows annotations on the
documents you scan, convert, and use. (See Figure 8-17.)

Microsoft Office 2003 Outlook with Business
Contact Manager
Microsoft Office 2003 Outlook with Business Contact Manager is a new utility
that helps owners of small businesses keep track of valuable data in the form of
contacts, leads, and customer information. This Outlook add-on provides a
simple contact manager with the familiar Outlook interface, enabling users to
manage their customer information; track appointments and tasks; collect
documents, photos, and more; manage follow-up actions; and report on the status of
customer relationships.
