Tip If you want to give participants access to your meeting without
requiring permissions, you can select Allow Anonymous Access in the
Language and Permissions area of the Settings page.
Once you get the hang of creating and using meeting workspaces, you’ll be
likely to prepare for all your major team meetings in this way. If you’re like
most of us, this means you’ll quickly be creating a list of meetings in the future.

your meeting workspaces together on the My Meetings Workspaces page,
where you can create new meeting workspaces, go directly to other existing
workspaces, or delete ones you no longer need.
