Tasks in the Calendar
The Task list and the To-Do bar help you track what you need to do. After
that, you need to figure out when you have time to do all that stuff. That’s
why Outlook offers a display of upcoming tasks in the Weekly view of your
calendar (see Figure 9-15). In a strip along the bottom of the screen, you see
icons that represent tasks whose due dates fall on each of the days
displayed. If you find that you’ve stacked up more to-dos than can be done
on a single day, just drag the task to a day when it can be done. You can even
drag a task up to a particular hour in the calendar and reserve a specific time
to get that thing done.
