Getting a Digital ID
3. Click the words Trust Center.
The Outlook Options screen appears.
4. Click the Trust Center Settings button in the lower-right corner.
The Trust Center screen appears.
5. Click E-Mail Security in the upper-left corner.
The E-Mail Security page appears (as shown in Figure 15-1).
6. Click the Get a Digital ID button.
A Microsoft website opens, offering a range of choices for getting a
Digital ID.

Quite a few companies offer Digital IDs — some for free, but most of them
charge a small fee. The range of companies that offer this service varies over
time; your best bet is to check the websites to see which you prefer.
The two best-known Digital ID vendors follow:

VeriSign at www.verisign.com
