9. To add the squares that represent an area of descriptive text, choose
AutoShapes > Basic Shapes > Rectangle. Holding down the S HIFT
key,
click and drag a small rectangle, as shown in Figure 7.9.
10. To shade the square to suggest that it is filled with text, right-click the box
and choose Format AutoShape (Figure 7.10, page 130).
