7. To create the Contact Groups box, highlight an appropriate area in the new
column under the Custom Contacts and New Contacts buttons. To save
time, go to the Formatting toolbar and select Borders. Using the pull-down
menu, highlight the icon that places a one-point black outline border around
the selected area and click (Figure 8.16).
8. Now that you have created the new left column, narrow the rest of the layout
so that it fits within the worksheet grid. Scroll to the right to see what is
beyond the window area; then cut any elements that lie outside the window
area and paste them into a position within the boundaries of your design.
