works with cell formatting, making the creation of regular formatted areas uniquely
simple in Excel.
To Align Elements on a Page:
1. Select the last three columns of cells in both the All Contacts Toolbar and the
Recent Contacts sections, as pictured in Figure A.10.
2. Drag the selected cells horizontally to the edge of alignment with the outer
edge of the table (Figure A.11, page 218). Be careful not to drag a cell row
above or below. (If you do, simply redrag it and drop it back into place.)
3. Select the row of cells with the formatted header and footer in both the All
sections, as pictured in
Figure A.12 (page 218).
4. Click the special drag-fill selector at the bottom of the selection and drag
across to fill in the gap (Figure A.13, page 219).
