ASSIGNMENT 2: CREATING THE DATABASE, QUERIES, AND REPORT
Query 4
Create a query called Most Popular Pilot. In this query, you need to determine the number of times each pilot
has been requested. List the name of the requested pilot and the number of times the pilot has been
requested, from the most popular to the least popular. It is acceptable to list only the pilot
s first name
because there are only four pilots, and you can assume that none have the same first name. Note the column
heading change from the default setting provided by the query generator. Your output should resemble the
format shown in Figure 2-7, but the data will be different.

Report
Create a report named Reservations by Customer. The basis of this report is a query that displays the first
and last name of the member, the type of jet requested, and the date it was requested. Save the query as For
Report. Using all the data in the output of the query, create a grouped report. Group the report on Last Name,
and bring the First Name to the same grouping line as Last Name. Give the report a title of Reservations by
Customer, just like the report
s filename. Make sure that all data and column headings are visible. Depending
on your data, your output should resemble that shown in Figure 2-8.
