Filtering Excel table data by using slicers
If you want to hide every month except January, February, and March, you click the January
item to hide every month except January. Then hold down the Shift key and click March to
have Excel display just the data for the months of January, February, and March. You can
then add another month, such as July, to the filter by holding down the Ctrl key and clicking
July in the slicer.
