Using workbooks as templates

On the Quick Access Toolbar , click the Save button to display the Backstage view.

On the Save As page of the Backstage view, click Computer and then click Browse to
open the Save As dialog box.

In the File name box, enter ExpenseReport . Use the dialog box controls to browse
to the Chapter07 folder, and then click Save to save your workbook.

In the Backstage view, click Open to display that page, and then click Recent
Workbooks . In the Recent Workbooks list, click the DailyCallSummary workbook
file (not the template) to display the DailyCallSummary workbook.
