Filtering, showing, and hiding PivotTable data

Select the Northwest check box, and then click OK . Excel filters the PivotTable.

On the Quick Access Toolbar , click the Undo button to remove the filter.

In the PivotTable Fields pane, drag the Weekday field header from the Choose fields
to add to report area to the Filters area in the Drag fields between areas below
area.

In the PivotTable Fields pane, click the Close button to close it.

In the body of the worksheet, click the Weekday filter arrow, and then, if necessary,
select the Select Multiple Items check box. Excel adds check boxes beside the items
in the Weekday field filter list.

Clear the All check box to clear every check box in the list.

Select the Tuesday and Thursday check boxes, and then click OK . Excel filters the
PivotTable, summarizing only those values from Tuesdays and Thursdays.
