Creating hyperlinks

In the LevelDescriptions workbook, display the Backstage view, and then click Close
to close the workbook.

Right-click cell B11 , and then click Hyperlink to open the Insert Hyperlink dialog
box.

In the Link to pane, click Place in This Document . The document elements to which
you can link appear in the dialog box.

In the Or select a place in this document pane, click Notes .

Click OK to close the Insert Hyperlink dialog box and create a hyperlink in cell B11 .

Right-click cell B11 , and then click Edit Hyperlink to open the Edit Hyperlink dialog
box.

Edit the Text to display box’s value so that it reads Revenue Notes .

Click the ScreenTip button to display the Set Hyperlink ScreenTip dialog box.

In the ScreenTip text box, enter Link to Notes worksheet in this workbook and
then click OK to close the Hyperlink ScreenTip dialog box.

Click OK to close the Edit Hyperlink dialog box and change the text in cell B11 to
Revenue Notes .
