=WORKDAY(B1,B2,E2:E7).

The NETWORKDAYS function takes two dates and figures out the number of

workdays between them. For example, you might have a project that is due on

June 17, 2015. If today is April 14, 2015, NETWORKDAYS can calculate the

number of workdays until the project is due.
