The QUARTILE.INC function is fine if you are trying to find every record that

is in the top 25% of a range. Sometimes, however, you need to find some other

percentile. For example, all employees ranked above the 81st percentile might

be eligible for a bonus this year. You can use the PERCENTILE.INC function

to determine the threshold for any percentile.
