less than zero don’t matter for
the purpose of the charts, but
the raw numbers still are
available for display with the
charts.

modify the chart setup.

To do so, select the Y axis of
any of the charts. Choose
Format, Selected Axis. In the Scale
tab, enter the minimum Y-axis value
and make sure that Auto is
unchecked…as this dialog
illustrates.
After you press OK, you can choose
the Y axes in your other charts and
press Ctrl + Y to apply the settings to
them.
