Each site collection must have at least one site administrator. This account not only has
administrative rights to each of the sites in the collection (the first, top-level one, and any
other subsites that are added to it) but also has rights to specific settings that affect the whole
site collection, such as content types, template galleries, and administrative recycle bin.
4. In the Primary Site Administrator field, I am going to add my SharePoint admin utility
account, shareadmin. Having an account specified in this field is mandatory.
