There is another calendar feature that you can use only if you enable it during the calendar’s
creation, and that’s Group Calendar Option.
If you enable that option, it will add two new buttons to the calendar’s Calendar ribbon, Day Group
and Week Group.
The buttons allow you to view the calendar in a strange, quasi-Gantt view. It shows your personal
schedule (if you’ve added it here), one week at a time, and it has a field to add another user.
When you are looking at the schedule for several people, it is easy to create an event with them
invited already. With the Group Calendar option enabled, a Free/Busy field appears, showing you
the invited users’ schedules in that calendar.
