Sending a Copy of a Document to a Library
To send a copy of a document in the Shared Documents library to the CompanyLibrary (or
whatever you named your library), follow these steps:
1. Go to the Shared Documents library. Find the document you’d like to send to the other
library. My example uses the newdoc we created earlier in the chapter.
2. Select Send To in the item’s drop-down menu. The Send To options will pop out.
3. In the Send To pop-out menu, select Other Location (Figure 8.56).
