Once you click Save, the new help collection will be in the library; you’ll see it as a folder.

Click the folder to go into the new help collection.

In the help collection, you can create help categories and help topics. Let’s start with a category.
Go to New Document Help Category.
A help collection is another folder, with the following fields to enter:
name The name of the folder, for example travelrequests.
Title The title of the category that users will actually see in help, for example Travel
Requests .
Context key An optional mapping value to connect to the category or topic from a
particular page on the site. I’ll use travel .
Display Position Controls where the item is displayed within the collection.
