If you are working with a very long document,
locating a particular page in that document can
be time-consuming. To rectify this, Word 2010
includes the Navigation pane. Depending on
which option you choose, this pane can display
all the headings in your document or a
thumbnail image of each page in your document.
You can then click a heading or a thumbnail
image in the Navigation pane to view the
corresponding page.
