How do I apply formatting to
my text?
You can use Publisher’s basic
formatting commands — Bold,
Italic, Underline, Subscript, and
Superscript — to quickly add
formatting to your text. To do so,
select the text you want to format, click the
Home tab, and click the Bold ( ), Italic ( ),
Underline ( ), Subscript ( ), or Superscript
( ) button. To undo the formatting, simply select
the text and click the appropriate button again.
What is the toolbar that
appears when I position my
mouse pointer over selected
text?
When you select text, Publisher’s
mini toolbar appears, giving you
quick access to common
formatting commands. You can
also right-click selected text to display the toolbar.
If you want to use any of the tools on the toolbar,
simply click the desired tool; otherwise, continue
working, and the toolbar disappears.
