Cut, Copy, and
Paste Data
You can use the Cut, Copy, and Paste
commands to move or copy data within a
program or to a different program. For
example, you might copy a picture from Word
and paste it in a PowerPoint slide. The Copy
command makes a duplicate of the selected data,
whereas the Cut command removes the data
from the original location.

Drag and Drop Data
1 Select the data that you want to
cut or copy.
2 Click and drag the data to a new
location.
