Selecting a Feed Method
Printing Envelopes
When you’re done making changes, click OK to return to the Envelopes and Labels
dialog box, where you can click Print, Add to Document, or Close to return to your
document.

a different font for an address.
Selecting a Feed Method
If the Feed section of the Envelopes and Labels dialog box (Figure 5-4) doesn’t match
the way you feed envelopes into your printer, you need to change the feed method
in Word so the envelope prints correctly. Open the Envelopes and Labels dialog box
(Mailings Envelopes or Alt, M, E), click Options, and then select the Printing
Options tab, shown in Figure 5-6.
The dialog box shows pictures of different ways you can feed an envelope into your
printer. Select the one that looks like your printer’s feed method. Turn on the “Face
up” or “Face down” radio button as appropriate. Turn the “Clockwise rotation”
dialog box on to feed the envelope into the printer with the left (return-address) edge
first or off to feed it through with the right (stamp) edge first. Choose a feed tray if
necessary, and then click OK to save your changes.
