Printing Your Contacts
Outlook offers various options for printing information about your contacts: You
can print info for a single contact, a group, or all your contacts. Whatever you want
to print, start by opening it in a window. Then follow these steps:
1. SelectFile Print(Alt,F,P).
The Backstage Print Settings page opens. Figure 11-13 shows an example.
Figure 11-13:
When you print your
contacts list, you have
numerous layout
options.
2. Selectaprinter.
You’ll probably use your default printer, but if you want to select a different one,
click the Printer button and choose it from the list.
3. Optionally,clickPrintOptions.
This opens the Print dialog box, where you can specify which pages you want
to print, the number of copies, and whether to collate the printed pages. Click
Preview to return to the Print Settings page, or click Print if you’re all set.
4. InthePrintWhatsection,selectalayout.
If you’re printing an individual contact or group, you don’t have much choice
here: Your only option is Memo Style. If you’re printing a list of contacts from
the main Contacts window, though, you’ve got a bunch of choices. Select an
option to see how it looks in the right preview pane.
