Printing a Presentation
• Collated. If you’re printing multiple copies of the presentation, pick whether
you want those copies to be collated (1,2,3; 1,2,3; 1,2,3 order) or uncollated
(1,1,1; 2,2,2; 3,3,3 order).
• Color. If you’re using a color printer, select whether you want to print the
presentation in full color, in grayscale (different shades of gray), or in pure black
• Edit Header & Footer. If you want your printed pages to have a header or footer
or show page numbers, then click this link and then select the Notes and
Handouts tab. Here you can create a timestamp that shows when you printed the
presentation, write a header or footer, or turn page numbers on or off.
After you’ve waded through all these choices, there’s only one thing left to do: Click
the big Print button at the top of the page. That familiar whirring sound means your
presentation is on its way to the printer.
