Switching between style sets
Word has a variety of style sets that can change the look of your document. In this exercise,
you’ll change the style set that is currently applied to the document.
In the Home tab, in the Styles group, click Change Styles.
The Change Styles menu lets you select a dif erent style set, including colors,
fonts, and paragraph spacing.
Select Style Set. Word displays the Style Set menu.
You can select from a variety of style sets.
Select Fancy. Notice that Word changes the appearance of the styles that you previously
applied. The Heading 1 style is now a banner, and Heading 2 has maroon text. All
headlines and text are now italicized. Notice that the styles have also changed in the
Quick Styles Gallery.
Click File > Save, and then click File > Close.
