Customizing a theme
Customizing a theme
You might like everything about a theme except for one part, such as the font. Fortunately,
you can customize a theme and even save it to use again on other documents. In this exercise,
you’ll modify the theme font. You’ll then save the newly created theme so that you can use it
again later without having to recreate it.
1
On the Page Layout tab in the Themes group, click Fonts.
2
Select Angles. Word changes the fonts to the Franklin Gothic font set associated with the
Angles theme.
Use the Fonts menu to change the font set associated with
the theme.
3
In the Themes group on the Ribbon, click Themes. Word displays the Themes menu.
4
Select Save Current Theme, and Word displays the Save Current Theme dialog box.
