8 In the Category list, click Date. Excel displays the date formats you can choose.

In the Day 1 Morning cell or B3, replace the contents by typing Meet friends for
breakfast at the hotel .
Click Undo on the Quick Access Toolbar to return the previous contents to the cell.
Select the Day 2 Afternoon cell.
Copy the cell by selecting it and clicking Home > Clipboard group > Copy.
Open the Clipboard task pane to see the selection on the Clipboard.
Select the Day 3 Afternoon cell or C7.
Click the selection in the Clipboard to paste it into the Day 3 Afternoon cell.
