Click the Table Tools tab, and then click the Layout tab.

In the Table group, click Select > Select Table.
Use the Ribbon to select the table.

Place the cursor in the i rst cell of the table and press Ctrl+V. PowerPoint pastes the
contents of the table you copied into this table.
Now you’ll increase the font size to 18 points to make the text more visible.

On the Ribbon, select Home and in the Font group, click the Increase Size icon ( )
three times until the text size reaches 18 points.

Click File > Save. After you save a document with the correct name, you just have to
click the Save icon (
) on the Quick Access Toolbar, press Ctrl+S, or File > Save to save
any changes.
Use the Ribbon to select the table.
