Importing data from a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet

Click the second option ( Append a copy of the records to the table ) choose Roster, and ,
click OK.
The Get External Data window.
If the Roster table is not closed, you are asked to close it before proceeding.

Click Next, as your data is in Sheet1 of the Excel i le.

Click Next again, as the i rst row of your Excel spreadsheet contains column headings.

Click Finish and then click Close.

In the Navigation Pane, double-click the Roster table to open it and see the
imported data.
The data has been imported from the Excel spreadsheet into your Access table.
