Customizing OneNote
Like all Microsoft Oi ce 2010 programs, you can customize components to suit your
individual preferences. The Quick Access Toolbar is a favorite customization candidate; you
can use it for convenient, one-click access to your favorite tools.
As mentioned earlier, the default commands on the Quick Access Toolbar are the Back,
Undo, Dock to Desktop, and Full Page View buttons.

Now you will customize the Quick Access Toolbar to include the Print and Format Painter
buttons. If you have completed the Microsoft Word lessons, you will already be familiar with
this process.
To customize the Quick Access Toolbar:

Click the Customize Quick Access Toolbar button.

In the drop-down menu click Print. The Print command appears in the Quick
Access Toolbar.

Click the Customize Quick Access Toolbar button.

In the drop-down menu click More Commands. The OneNote Options Quick Access
Toolbar window shows a lengthy list of popular commands.
