Sending a publication using e-mail
To save for a commercial printer:

Click the File tab.

Choose Save & Send, and then select Save for a Commercial Printer.

Under Save for a Commercial Printer, you have the following options:
File size and quality options that are similar to those available when saving to a PDF.
Save PDF and/or Publisher i les: You can save to both formats, or either, depending
on your printer’s requirements.

Click the Pack and Go Wizard button.

If you are prompted to save your publication, click OK. Locate the previous version and
replace it with your new version.

In the next window, browse to select the Desktop as the location for saving your
(packaged) i les. Click Next and then OK to i nish packaging the publication into a
single i le.
Use the Pack and Go Wizard to package your i les for commercial
printing.
In the Save & Send interface, you can also save your publication as an HTML i le, a Microsoft
Publisher 2010 template, or in a format compatible with Publisher 2000 or Publisher 98.
Sending a publication using e-mail
In addition to saving your publication, you can send it as either an e-mail message or an
attachment.
In order to send a publication using e-mail, you must have one of the following programs installed
on your computer:
Microsoft Oi ce Outlook
Outlook Express (version 5.0 or later)
Windows Mail
