Microsoft Outlook is a collection of integrated
messaging and contact-management programs that allows you
to do all the things the other Personal Information
Management (PIM) programs do, and it also makes it
easier than ever to have your information work
together. For example, you can use the Contacts portion of
Outlook when creating e-mails or when creating a mail
merge in Word. You can use the Calendar portion to
remind you of upcoming important events and you can
use Outlook’s Task feature to help keep yourself
organized. The chapters in this section guide you through the
ever-helpful functions available in Microsoft Outlook.
