Exploring the Calendar
Using the Outlook Calendar
The Week view (Figure 22-3) shows
appointments from Sunday through Saturday.
The Schedule calendar view.

In addition to these views, Outlook provides
several other views of the calendar. You can switch views
by choosing View>Current View>Change View and
clicking a new view. For example, in the List view
(see Figure 22-6), Outlook lists all appointments
stored on your calendar, even those in the past.
The Month view, shown in Figure 22-4,
provides a monthly view of your calendar.
