Performing a Lookup by Using an Array
Another approach, which uses a more legible formula, is to use the LOOKUP function with two
array arguments:
=LOOKUP(B2,{0,40,70,80,90},{“F”,”D”,”C”,”B”,”A”})
The preceding formulas use arrays as arguments, but they’re not array formulas.
Therefore, you don’t need to use Ctrl+Shift+Enter when you enter these formulas.
