Inspecting a Workbook
When you send an Excel workbook to someone (or post it on the Internet), it’s a good idea to
examine the workbook using Excel’s Document Inspector before you save for the last time. The
Document Inspector checks for these types of content:
h Comments and annotations
h Document properties and personal information
h Custom XML data
h Headers and footers
h Hidden rows and columns
h Hidden worksheets
h Invisible content
To display the Document Inspector dialog box (shown in Figure 179-1), choose File
