Displaying Repeated Rows or Columns
on a Printout
You might be familiar with the Excel View
Freeze Panes command, which you can
use to specify rows or columns, or both, that will remain fixed while you scroll the worksheet.

The View
Freeze Panes command has no effect on printed output. If you want your
printout to display one or more fixed rows at the top and/or one or more fixed columns along
the left, you need to set up this task separately:
Window
1. Select Page Layout
Page Setup
Print Titles to display the Sheet tab of the Page Setup
dialog box.
2. To specify one or more rows to repeat at the top, click the icon on the far right side of
the Rows to Repeat at Top field and then point to the rows in your worksheet.
3. To specify one or more columns to repeat on the left, click the icon on the far right side
of the Columns to Repeat at Left field and then point to the columns in your worksheet.
4. Click OK to close the Page Setup dialog box and then print the worksheet.
