Shooting with the Camera
The following steps show you how to use the Camera tool to print multiple ranges on one piece
of paper:
1. Make sure that the Camera tool is available on your Quick Access toolbar.
Refer to the preceding steps if it’s not.
2. Insert a new worksheet (Sheet2) to hold the linked pictures.
3. Select A3:C10 and click the Camera tool.
4. Activate Sheet2 and click to insert the linked picture.
5. Return to the previous worksheet, select E13:G20, and click the Camera tool.
6. Activate Sheet2 and click to insert the linked picture.
7. Use your mouse to arrange the linked pictures any way you like.
You might want to turn off the gridline display in the worksheet that holds the linked
pictures.
Figure 185-2 shows the worksheet that contains the linked pictures. If the data in Sheet1 changes,
the linked pictures are updated. When you print Sheet2, both ranges appear on the same page.
