Filtering a Datasheet
Creating a report or form with a filter
After you get the hang of filtering a datasheet,
you may realize that what you really want to
do is create a form or report with the same
filter you’ve just applied to your datasheet. You
can do so quite easily by clicking the buttons
on the Create tab of the Ribbon. First, filter the
datasheet; then select the type of object you
want to create. Access prompts you to save
the table. Then you can display the new object.
