Creating a Query in Design View
6. Click the View button (the first button on the Design and Home tabs)
to see the datasheet with the data selected by your query.

If you want to save the query, click the Save button on the toolbar. Give the
query a name that indicates the data it selects. Remember that the next time
you open the query in Datasheet view, you’ll see updated data; if any
records have been added, deleted, or modified, the query reflects those
changes. You may choose not to save the query if you won’t need it again.
Just close it and then click the No button when Access asks whether you
want to save it.
