Building a Custom Web App
2. Enter the app name and the web location (the SharePoint 2013 web
address), as shown in Figure 3-7, and then click Create.
The Windows Security dialog box launches if SharePoint requires further
authentication.

If a message box appears, stating that an error occurred in the client
while attempting to connect to communicate with the server,
doublecheck the web location to ensure that it matches what the SharePoint
administrator specified.
3. If prompted, enter a username and password for the SharePoint
server (see Figure 3-8), and then click OK.
Access displays a progress indicator, creates your app, and then
displays your Custom Web App.

After Access creates your app, you can customize it by adding tables, queries,
forms, macros, and data macros.
