Controlling line and page breaks
1 Click in the paragraph that you want to format.
2 On the Home tab, in the Paragraph group, click the dialog box
launcher to open the Paragraph dialog box.
3 Click the Line And Page Breaks tab.
4 Select the Don’t Hyphenate check box.
5 Click OK.
TRY ThIs Good typesetting practice, especially in narrow,
justified columns such as those in newspapers, requires that no
more than three consecutive lines can end with hyphens. On the Page
Layout tab, in the Page Setup group, click Hyphenation. In the
drop-down list that appears, click Hyphenation Options. Select the
Automatically Hyphenate Document check box. In the Limit Consecu-
tive Hyphens To text box, enter the number 3.
